Can events be held at the Tecnopolo Manifattura spaces?
Yes, events can be held at Tecnopolo Manifattura, specifically within the Botti B4 building spaces. These spaces are owned by the Emilia-Romagna Region and are subject to usage guidelines as stipulated by Regional Executive Decision No. 1635 of 07/08/2024.
What kinds of events can be held at Tecnopolo Manifattura?
- Activities organized in collaboration with the Emilia-Romagna Regional Executive or the Legislative Assembly.
- Events of significant institutional, cultural, or scientific interest, including seminars, conferences, and initiatives that align with the interests of Tecnopolo Manifattura (such as big data, artificial intelligence, meteorology and climate change, research, innovation, high-level skills) and/or those related to public policies in strategic areas for the economic and social development of the Emilia-Romagna region.
How to request the use of event spaces?
To request the use of the Botti B4 building for an event, it is necessary to apply for a regional sponsorship (no cost) to obtain the free use of the space, following the procedures provided at the following link (only in italian).
The request must specify that sponsorship is being sought solely for the use of the B4 space at Tecnopolo Manifattura. After obtaining the sponsorship, a detailed request should be sent to the following email: tecnopoloB4@regione.emilia-romagna.it
Visits
Is it possible to visit the spaces at Tecnopolo Manifattura?
The Tecnopolo Manifattura area is available for visits upon request by small institutional, industrial, or research delegations. Visits for personal purposes are not allowed. Currently, school and student group visits are not permitted.
Which spaces of Tecnopolo Manifattura are available for visits?
Upon request to the managing entities, the accessible areas of Tecnopolo Manifattura include the B4 building, currently used for events, and the ECMWF Data Centre and CINECA-INFN Data Centres. Requests should be sent to: info@tecnopolomanifattura.it
