CRIM is a nonprofit organization supported by Quebec's Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy (MEIE), specializing in applied information technology research. Cineca, a consortium of Italian universities and public institutions, operates the largest high-performance computing (HPC) center in Italy to support scientific research through state-of-the-art computing resources.
The collaboration is aimed at climate research, improving services in this area and developing new services to mitigate the impact of climate change by sharing expertise, knowledge, experience and best practices.
